Headed off to camp? To vacation or to grandmas for the Summer?

Things happen — and while true orthodontic emergencies are

rare, discomfort and annoyances can pop up when you least

expect them. Be prepared! Pack this simple kit and avoid wasting

one minute of your summer fun!

Packing list:

1. If you are wearing aligners, bring your last set with you as backup!

2. Extra bag of Elastics - just in case!

3. Orthodontic Wax - bring a full packet of wax for pokey wires, or hooks

4. Nail clippers - If a wire is poking and needs to be cut, most nail clippers can do the job. Just be sure to hold the end of the wire as you clip — it can fly off quickly!

5. Inter Proximal brushes - for cleaning those difficult in between spaces.

6. Anti inflammatory pain reliever like Advil or Motrin
