Spinning the wheel of genetics, where we get the size of our teeth and size of our jaw from generations of gene pools, it is amazing to me that everyone does not need Orthodontics!

The decision to extract, in my eyes, is truly a matter of geometry. In order to keep the remaining teeth in a healthy position in the bone, sometimes we need to sacrifice teeth.

Summary:

Extraction treatment does not mean sacrificing Esthetics!

On the contrary, Esthetics are optimized when the teeth and surrounding tissues are healthy and properly placed.
